Professional & Leadership Development
Through various modules and sessions, we assess, create a plan of action and teach the student how to execute their professional plans and aspirations. We construct a plan specific to the student and one plan does not directly reflect another student’s path.

Business Cohort Program
Before engaging in the holding company as a business that BWMC takes part in, there is an eight-week course that at least one individual from the company applying to be a part of the BWMC empire must go through and complete entirely. This is structured to provide information on expectations from BWMC, as well perks of being a part of the holding company, and dismantling any misconceived notions before BWMC takes the company on.
